Who I am supposed to Be
Fables in forms of Hieroglyphs
Found me opening a letter.
Eloquence and luster scale the walls of a world on fire.
Textile tapestries tethered together entice trepidation.
As sure as my lies will confine me,
I won't deny them.
As sure as my faults will define me,
I won't rely on them to say
Who I am supposed to be?
Witness beauty once forbidden to be touched by hands never touched by love.
Believe in the promise.
You deserve not to be alone.
It is easy to forgive but taking time to forget.
